The science and spiritual principles behind sound healing
How the body conducts sound and why it responds so powerfully to it
Foundational concepts like resonance, entrainment, and intention
The role of tuning forks, crystal bowls, Solfeggios, chimes, and the human voice in energy work
Demonstrations with select instruments and how they affect energy flow and well-being
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how sound healing works—and how it can be integrated into your own healing journey or spiritual practice.
Some participants will be invited to experience a sound healing demonstration during class.
This is a foundational class and a great starting point for anyone curious about sound healing or exploring the energy arts.
